We process data strictly for educational administration and communication between institutions and parents. The categories of information processed include:
- Student & Parent Identifiers: Student Full Name, Roll Number, Class/Section, Parent Contact Phone Number, and Email Address provided by the affiliated school administration.
- Academic & Financial Records: Daily Attendance logs, Fee Vouchers & Payment Receipt status, Exam Marks & Grade Report Cards, and Official Circulars.
- Device Tokens: Unique Push Notification tokens used exclusively to alert parents regarding attendance status and urgent announcements.
Student Data Privacy Guarantee
We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize any student or parent personal information to third parties or advertising networks. All data is processed solely to provide educational management services.
3. Device Permissions & Security
The SMS Parent Portal App may request the following device permissions solely to support core features:
- Camera Access: Optional access used only if parents or teachers scan QR codes for device pairing or fee voucher receipt uploads.
- Storage / Media: Required to save downloadable PDF Fee Vouchers and Digital Report Cards directly to your device storage.
- Push Notifications: Required to send real-time alerts for student gate arrivals, absence notices, and circulars.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & FERPA Alignment)
Our software products comply with international student privacy standards. Account credentials for minors are created and managed strictly by authorized educational institutions or verified parent accounts.
5. Account & Data Deletion Request Process
In compliance with Google Play & Apple App Store Developer Policies, parents and users have the explicit right to request deletion of their app account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion:
- In-App Deletion: Open the SMS Parent Portal App > Profile > Settings > Request Account Deletion.
- Web Request Form: Complete the form below or send an email to
privacy@mskdigitalsolutions.onlinewith your registered phone number, school name, and student roll number.
