2. Software License & Usage Rights

MSK Digital Solutions grants subscribed educational institutions a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate our School ERP and distribute the companion SMS Parent Portal App to enrolled parents and staff.

• Institutions may run local offline databases on authorized campus machines.
• Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the applications.

3. Institutional & User Responsibilities

School administrators are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student records, attendance inputs, and fee voucher amounts loaded into the system. MSK Digital Solutions provides system architecture and local synchronization mechanisms but does not alter student academic records without administrative instruction.

4. Service Availability & Support SLA

While our offline-first architecture guarantees operational independence from internet outages on campus, cloud synchronization services maintain a target 99.9% uptime. Support for campus setup, updates, and maintenance is provided according to your institution's subscription agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, code base, UI designs, and proprietary synchronization algorithms associated with MSK Digital Solutions, SMS Parent App, and School ERP are the exclusive intellectual property of MSK Digital Solutions.
